Yogi Electronics is a one of the smallest home based business.
We are located in Cairns Tropical North Queensland Australia.
The business is operated by me Yogi(Electonics enthusiast) and my wife(accountant),
a 4 year-old boy(Sales Manager) and two dogs(armed guards).

Deliverly

We use "Australian Express post" for domestic and Air Percel or EMS for "Overseas" deliverly.
If you prefer other method please advice me by e-mail.

Warranty

We provide 12 months warranty for our products. The warranty will not cover any
damage caused by purchaser's misuse or carelessness such as water damage,
dropping, reverse polarity or over voltage of DC power, etc.
We are happy to replace or repair the product in case of any fault which is
caused by our workmanship or component faiure but goods must be
returned to us at your cost. We will send the goods back to you after repair or
replacement at our cost. (excluding overseas postage)
Please e-mail us before you send the goods back to us.

Return and Refund

In case you are not happy with the product or changed your mind, please let us know
by e-mail within 7days from your purchase. We will refund only when the goods are in
original condition and in a original package. We normaly require 25% restocking fee.
Any unauthorised return will be refused.
